The Jordan Anti-Doping Organization held a course "Doping Control Officers" on Saturday 16/11/2024, at the Faculty of Sports Sciences - University of Jordan. This course targeted the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Science and Rehabilitation, and Faculty of Sports Sciences at the University of Jordan. This was to introduce the concept of doping control and train students on doping control activities. A detailed explanation was provided about the technical definitions in the field of doping control, and an explanation of the importance of working as a doping control officer or chaperone and what their duties and responsibilities are. The steps of the doping control process were also explained, as well as the importance of this process in preserving the spirit of sports and commitment to fair play, as it is the essence of the Olympic movement. At the end of the course activities, certificates were presented to the students participating in the course.
